These terms apply to lupa.casa and app.lupa.casa (the “service”). By signing in to or using the service, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
lupa.casa is a search tool for real-estate listings published on third-party websites. We are not a real-estate agency or broker, we do not publish listings, and we are not a party to any deal between you and an advertiser.
The service is free and still in development. It may change, be limited or stop at any time, without notice.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account and must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for everything done under your account. We may limit, suspend or close any account at any time, including for breaking these terms.
3. Listings
Listings, their photos and descriptions come from third parties and belong to them. We do not verify them. Prices, sizes, addresses, availability, and anything we derive from them — such as the neighbourhood, currency conversions, or which listings are the same property — may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Always check directly with the advertiser before making any decision or payment.
If you believe that content in the service infringes your rights, write to support@lupa.casa with a link to it and we will look into it.
4. Lists and search
A list is open to anyone who has its link. Search text is interpreted automatically and may be misread, so check the filter. Do not put personal or sensitive information into searches or list names.
5. Acceptable use
You must not access the service with bots, scrapers or other automated means; get around its limits or security checks; copy, resell or republish its content in bulk; interfere with its operation; or use it for anything unlawful.
6. No warranty and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, lupa.casa is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from reliance on any listing. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
7. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The date above shows the current version. By continuing to use the service after an update, you accept the updated terms.
